Acceptance
By using Icon Lab AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Intellectual Property
Icons you generate are yours. You receive full commercial rights including the right to sell, modify, and use them in any project. Icon Lab AI retains no rights to icons generated through your account.
Credits & Payments
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. They never expire. Each credit generates one icon. Failed generations due to technical errors will have credits refunded.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, violates intellectual property rights of others, or is intended to deceive. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Icon Lab AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
